1. Can I use a hitch on one of Kompas cars?

No, in no case is it allowed. It is a violation of the rental policy.

2. What happens if I delay in bringing back the car?

If you delay in bringing back the car, you have to contact the location where you initially rented the car or the closest Kompas station. For every hour of delay, you will have to pay a surcharge based on the daily rental price.

3. Can I remove the seats of the car?

No, the seats must remain in the car.

4. Rental process "Rent here - return there".

It is possible between the cities of Croatia and rest of Europe (written approval only).

5. Is it allowed to drive a 4X4 car on bumpy roads?

All Kompas’ cars, including four wheel drive cars have to be driven on normal roads. It is not allowed to drive them on bumpy roads.

6. What are the requirements in order to rent a car?

The driver must possess a driver's license for at least 1 year. The minimum age is 21, 23, 25 or 30, according to the class and type of car. It is also required to have a credit card.
